How to exchange currencies

  1. Access your trading platform: Log in to your Swissquote account and go to the "Trade" section.
  2. Navigate to the Assets widget: You will see Buy/Sell buttons next to your currencies.
  3. Select the currencies: Click "Buy" or "Sell" next to any currency to open the exchange window. Here, choose the currency you want to exchange it against.
  4. Enter the amount: Specify the amount of currency you wish to exchange.
  5. Execute the exchange: Review the details and confirm to complete the currency exchange.
  1. Log in to your Swissquote app: Open the Swissquote app on your mobile device, sign in to your account and go to Home > Cash > Exchange currencies.
  2. Select the currencies: Click "Buy" or "Sell".
  3. Enter the amount: Specify the amount of currency you wish to exchange.
  4. Execute the exchange: Review the details and confirm to complete the currency exchange.

How to add more currencies

To display additional currencies in the 'Assets' widget on your trading platform, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'My account (profile icon)' > 'Profile and settings'
  2. Go to 'Trading preferences'
  3. Click on 'Currencies'
  4. Click on 'Add currency'
  5. Select your desired currency
