Cover applies in the event of cancellation or delay of the trip initially planned, as well as in the event of early or delayed return for specified reasons.

The insurer will cover the cost of cancellation, rental and services booked in the country, as well as unexpected costs for accommodation, meals and transport for the return journey, up to the amount indicated in the Table of Benefits.

Priority Pass is a global programme that gives you access to over 1,700 airport lounges in more than 600 cities and 148 countries.
With your Elite Debit Mastercard®, you are entitled to three complimentary visits per year to these exclusive lounges – a quiet space to relax before your flight, with snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating available.

1. Online registration: Visit www.prioritypass.com/swissquote to register your access included in the programme, using your Elite card number.
2. Membership card: Once registered, download the Priority Pass app to receive your digital membership card.
3. Lounge access: Show your digital Priority Pass card or your Elite card, along with your boarding pass and photo ID, at the entrance to participating lounges.

Your Elite card covers the membership fee and includes 3 complimentary lounge visits annually, valid from January 1 to December 31. Visits or guest entries beyond the complimentary allocation are charged to your Elite card at Priority Pass’s standard rates (approximately CHF 30 per visit, subject to change). No fees apply for account registration or status inquiries.

• Complimentary lounge visits: Your Elite card offers 3 complimentary lounge visits per year. The visit allocation resets annually on January 1.
• Shared visit allocation: The 3 complimentary visits are shared between the cardholder and any guests. Additional visits beyond this allocation are charged to the cardholder’s Elite card.
• Guest access: You may bring guests to lounges, subject to lounge policies. Guest visits count toward your annual visit allocation.
• Child policy: Children under 2 years old typically do not count toward your visit allocation and may enter lounges for free, subject to individual lounge policies. Children 2 years and older are considered guests and count as 1 visit each, unless otherwise specified by the lounge.
• Diverse experiences: Access lounges and select airport restaurants, spas, or other experiences where available.
• Global network: Enjoy lounge access regardless of airline or ticket class.

Cover for loss, theft, destruction or damage to luggage while travelling. Reimbursement of repairs up to the replacement value. Possible lump-sum reimbursement without supporting documents (up to CHF 500 per trip, no excess).

In the event of luggage being delayed for more than four hours, reimbursement of essential purchases (clothing, personal care products) up to the maximum amount provided for.

Personalised assistance for travel, gastronomy, tickets, shopping, childcare, everyday needs, well-being and events, according to the policyholder's requests, without a commitment to achieve a specific outcome.

The cost of the services is borne by the insured, including any cancellation fees. Billing is handled directly between the policyholder and the external service provider.
